Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations for the UKSCA Level 3 Strength & Conditioning Trainer course delivered by Prepared Practitioner. By booking a place on the course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Course Provider

This course is delivered by Prepared Practitioner, based in Wales.

2. Course Overview

This is a blended learning course combining in-person and online delivery. Successful completion leads to the Accredited S&C Trainer (ASCT) status awarded by the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).

3. Booking & Payment

  • We accept full payment or instalment options via Klarna.

  • The course fee is £795 (early bird) or £995 (standard). Prices include VAT.

  • A booking is confirmed only once payment has been processed in full or through an approved instalment plan.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Participant:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: full refund minus £50 admin fee.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund minus £50 admin fee.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date: no refund.

  • Bookings may be transferred to another eligible individual at your request, provided we are informed in writing before the course begins.

  • If you miss any workshop days or assessment elements, it is your responsibility to reorganise and complete these, which may incur additional costs.

By Prepared Practitioner:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrolment).

  • In such cases, we will provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice where possible, and offer either a full refund or a transfer to a future course.

5. Course Requirements

  • All participants must be 18 years or older.

  • It is your responsibility to attend all required sessions and complete assessments.

  • If you are unable to attend or complete any assessments, it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange a suitable alternative.

  • You are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.

6. Course Content & Delivery

  • Prepared Practitioner reserves the right to adjust the course location, schedule, content, or instructors, where necessary.

  • Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials provided remain the intellectual property of Prepared Practitioner or the UKSCA.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without express permission.

  • Occasionally, course sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

8. Data Protection & Communications

  • We will collect and use your personal information for course administration, assessment processing, and communication purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may also contact you with relevant post-course updates, certification information, or promotional offers. You can opt out at any time.

9. Liability

  • While we take every reasonable step to ensure a safe and high-quality experience, Prepared Practitioner accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional support needs before the course begins.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
